    It doesn't get any easier than this old, tried and true recipe.

    List of Ingredients




    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    Flour

    Recipe



    Mix eggs and milk in bowl. Add flour until dry. Roll out on floured board to 1/8 inch thick cover with more flour. Roll up as jelly roll and cut 1/4 inch thick. Unroll and add to chicken soup a few at a time; cook 1/2 hour. If not used right away, take the rack from your oven, place it across two equal height cereal boxes, hang the noodles over the wires and allow to dry. Store in a sealable container. Use like you would use store-bought noodles.
