Unusual, but a nice ice cream for the chili-heads among us.


List of Ingredients




1 quart good quality Vanilla Ice Cream
1 ripe Mango, skin and seed removed
1 Habanero pepper, seeds and veins removed

Recipe



Allow the ice cream to soften slightly. Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until you cannot see any particles of the Mango nor of the Habanero. Scoop into a container suitable for freezing. Refreeze before serving.

Note: For the Whimpy, use ½ gallon ice cream instead of 1 quart.
