    A healthy way to prepare and great as a side dish, a topping, or as a snack.

    List of Ingredients




    2 large sweet onions
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
    2 tsp. Sugar
    1 tsp. Paprika
    1/4 tsp. Garlic salt
    1/4 tsp. Seasoned salt

    Recipe



    Cut onions into 1/2 inch slices; separate into rings. In a shallow dish, whisk eggs. In another shallow dish, combine the corn flake crumbs, sugar, paprika, garlic salt, and seasoned salt. Dip onion rings into eggs, then coat with corn flake mixture. Arrange rings in a single layer on greased baking sheets. Bake in a preheated 375 degree F oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until tender. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
