A grest taste-alike clone of a commercially available product. This is the one I use. It's low sodium, no cholesterol, vastly less expensive!
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup onion flakes
3 TBSP ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp garlic flakesRecipe
Place all ingredients in a pint jar with a lid. Shake well to mix. Makes about ¾ cup. Use the mix to flavor cooked ground beef or beans. Use 2 - 3 tablespoons mix and ½ cup water per pound of meat or beans. Keep stored, tightly covered, in a cool, dry, dark place. Lasts at least 2 months if not used up by then.
