BLACKBERRY MUFFINS

Blackberry season is here. These muffins fit the season well.
List of Ingredients
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil
1 egg, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. fresh blackberriesRecipe
Stir milk and salad oil into egg. Sift together and add dry ingredients. Stir just until flour is moistened. Fold in berries. Batter should be lumpy. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 400 degrees F.
