Everyone loves toasted and buttered Raisin Bread. This one uses Applesauce.


List of Ingredients




3 Eggs
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 c. Oil
2 c. Applesauce
2 tsp. Vanilla
3 c. Flour
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tsp. Salt
3 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
3/4 c. Coconut
1/2 c. Nuts
1 c. Raisins

Recipe



Mix together first 5 ingredients; set aside. Mix together the dry ingredients in another bowl and pour thin batter into it. Grease 2 bread tins, bake in oven for about 60 minutes at 350 degrees F. Check with toothpick. Inserted in the center, if it comes out clean, the bread is done.
