HONEY MUSTARD DRESSING WITH SALAD RECIPE
Source of Recipe

Recipe Introduction
After trying a lot of dressings and salads, I found this to be one of my favorites. I hope you will, too!
List of Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
3 TBSP. Dijon mustard (or prepared mustard if Dijon’s too spicey for you)
dash of dried rosemary (optional, but highly recommended)Recipe
Combine mayonnaise, honey, Dijon mustard, and rosemary. Cover and chill.
For a great salad using this, combine about 2 cups cooked and cubed chicken, turkey, or pork with 2 cups cored, peeled, and diced apples, toss in ½ or so cup of chopped celery, some coarsely chopped walnuts, and mix together with all of the dressing above. Plenty for two, adequate for three, this salad is best when served chilled, on a lettuce or large spinach leaf. Throw a few Maraschino cherries into each serving for a more colorful presentation.
The dressing can also be used as a vegetable or fruit dip. If too thin for you, just blend in all, or part of one (3 oz.) package cream cheese. If too thick, add milk, a teaspoon at a time, blending well. Refrigerate any leftovers.
While I've not tried it, vegetarians may like it with tofu, prepared in their favorite way, too!
