A cheese and bean snack with an unusual name.


List of Ingredients




1 TBSP butter
1 small onion, minced
1 cup sweet milk
1 Lb. american cheese
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp dry mustard
1 TBSP Worchestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
1 can red kidney beans
1 egg, well beaten

Recipe



Mix butter, onion, milk, cheese, and soup. Add seasonings. Cook in skillet until onion is done and cheese is melted. Fold in drained beans and beaten egg. Cook a few minutes longer. serve on crisp crackers.
