    A strange name for these sweet treats. Try them, you'll like them!

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 cup warm water
    3 cups flour
    3 TBSP sugar
    1 cup margarine
    1 1/2 cups milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 TBSP cinnamon
    1 cup sugar

    Recipe



    Dissolve yeast in warm water. In a large bowl, combine the flour, 3 TBSP sugar, and margarine. Mix until crumbly. Add milk, eggs, and yeast mixture. Mix well and allow to stand in the refrigerator, covered, overnight. Preheat oven to 325� F. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Combine cinnamon and 1 cup sugar. Roll each piece of dough into a � inch thick circle in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Cut rolled circles into 6 wedges and roll each wedge, starting at wide end and rolling to point. Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Makes 48 Scuffles.
