    A strange name for these sweet treats. Try them, you'll like them!

    List of Ingredients




    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 cup warm water
    3 cups flour
    3 TBSP sugar
    1 cup margarine
    1 1/2 cups milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 TBSP cinnamon
    1 cup sugar

    Recipe



    Dissolve yeast in warm water. In a large bowl, combine the flour, 3 TBSP sugar, and margarine. Mix until crumbly. Add milk, eggs, and yeast mixture. Mix well and allow to stand in the refrigerator, covered, overnight. Preheat oven to 325ø F. Divide dough into 8 pieces. Combine cinnamon and 1 cup sugar. Roll each piece of dough into a ½ inch thick circle in the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Cut rolled circles into 6 wedges and roll each wedge, starting at wide end and rolling to point. Place on greased baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes. Makes 48 Scuffles.
