    Recipe Introduction


    It is so good, many eat it all week long. It is so quick! If making it for the week, just empty the cans into a plastic container and warm up 1 serving for each person in the microwave.

    List of Ingredients




    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can corn
    1 can minestrone soup (ready to serve)
    1 can mixed vegetables
    1 can black beans, rinsed

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients in a pot and warm. Or Mix all ingredients in a sealable plastic container and refrigerate until needed.
