Low-Fat Banana Bread

This is a very tasty banana bread that you can feel good about eating, because it is LOW-FAT!
List of Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cup flour
- 1 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 2/3 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat yogurt
- 2 TBSP vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2/3 cup egg whites
- 1 1/4 cup mashed ripe bananas
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray loaf or muffin pans.
- Mix all wet ingredients.
- Mix all dry ingredients.
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and beat on high 3 minutes.
- Add dark chocolate chips or nuts, if desired.
- Bake 50 - 60 minutes for a loaf pan or 20 - 25 minutes for muffins or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Makes 2 loaves or a bunch of muffins.
