    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 t. baking powder
    1/2 t. baking soda
    1/4 t. cinnamon
    1/8 t. nutmeg
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. mashed bananas (5)
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. vegetable oil or melted butter
    1 c. chocolate chips

    Grease bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of one 9x5x3 inch or two 7 1/2x3 1/2x2 inch loaf pans, set aside.Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and 1/4 t. salt.Make a well in center of flour mixture, set aside. In a medium bowl, combine eggs, bananas, sugar and oil/butter.Add egg mixture all at once to flour mixture.Stir just until moistened (batter should be lumpy).Fold in chocolate chips.Spoon batter into prepared
    pans.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes (for larger pan) and 40-45 minutes for smaller pans, or until a wooden toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes.Remove from pan. Cool completely on a wire rack. Wrap and store overnight before slicing.
