2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. flour

Beat eggs slightly.Stir in milk and oil.Add flour and salt.Beat with mixer until smooth (batter will be thin).Pour batter into greased popover pans, filling half full.Bake at 400 for 40 minutes (do not open the oven). Prick each with a fork to let steam escape.If crispy popovers are desired, return to turned off oven for 5-10 minutes.
