    1 stick of butter (room temperature)
    ¾ cup of sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
    3 Tbsp cocoa
    1 Tbsp vegetable oil
    2 pasteurized eggs
    1 baked pie shell
    whipped cream (1 tub

    Recipe



    Cream the butter and sugar in a mixer.Stir cocoa and vegetable oil together and add to sugar mixture.Add in vanilla and mix.Add in one egg and whip for 5 minutes (scraping the sides of the bowl to ensure everything is whipped well.Add in another egg and whip for 5 minutes
    as well.Spoon the mixture into the baked pie shell and chill for 3-5 hours.Top with whipped cream and serve.
