    8 oz. real chocolate
    1/2 c. Unsalted butter (good quality)

    Recipe



    1. Carefully melt chocolate (50% for 1.5 minutes then 15second intervals)
    2. Beat butter into warm chocolate
    3. Chill until firm enough to scoop (1-3 hours). If it gets too firm, let it sit at room temp until ready)
