    2 pint heavy whipping cream
    2 egg yolks (optional)
    1 Cup sugar

    With a hand whisk, whip vigorously all ingredients together until the custard forms stiff peaks. You can serve at room temp, chill in the refrigerator or freeze to
    serve as frozen custard.
    Notes:
    You can add different flavoring extracts to the custard to change the flavor or choose different flavors of pudding to change the flavor.
