    1 c. heavy whipping cream
    4 T. butter
    1 1/2 c. shredded parmesan cheese
    chopped fresh parsley

    Recipe



    Melt the butter in a saucepan.Pour in the cream and simmer for 5 minutes.Turn the heat to low, add the parmesan cheese and cook (stirring constantly) until smooth and creamy.Let stand to thicken.Garnish with fresh parsley.
