    List of Ingredients




    1 box of bow tie pasta
    2 cups of chopped broccoli (approx)
    1 cup of chopped red peppers (approx)
    1 cup of chopped green peppers (approx)
    Spinach (as much as you’d like)
    Garlic (3 cloves or 3 tsp)
    Olive oil
    4 chicken breasts (cooked and chopped)
    2 cups of alfredo sauce
    1 container of pesto sauce

    Recipe



    Cook the pasta and drain(reserve some pasta water). Sauté broccoli in olive oil and garlic until done but still crispy, then place in a bowl off to the side. Sauté peppers in olive oil and garlic until done, then combine with broccoli. Sauté spinach in olive oil and garlic then
    combine with other veggies. Toss the cooked pasta, chicken chunks, vegetables, alfredo sauce and pesto and heat thoroughly. Add some pasta water if it is too dry.
