    Grilled Artichokes with Basil Aioli

    1/2 cup low-fat Mayo
    1/2 cup chopped basil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    4 tbsp lemon juice, divided
    1 tbsp dijon mustard
    1 tsp grated lemon zest
    2 tbsp olive oil divided
    4 artichokes, halved lengthwise

    Recipe



    For basil Aioli, process Mayo, basil, garlic, 2 tbsp lemon juice, mustard, lemon zest, and 1 tsp oil in blender or food processor until smooth, stopping once to scrape down the sides. Combine artichokes and remaining lemon juice in a large Dutch oven and boil for 30 minutes. Remove and brush with remaining oil. Grill Artichokes on medium, cut side down, 2 to 4 minutes. Serve with Aioli
