    • 4 1/2 c. grated carrots
    • 3 c. flour
    • 3 c. sugar
    • 6 eggs
    • 3 tsp. soda
    • 3 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1 tsp. salt
    • 1 1/2 c. oil


    Instructions


    1. Mix oil, sugar and eggs. Add soda, cinnamon and salt. Add carrots and flour. Mix until blended. Bake in a greased and floured 9 x 13 pan at 350.
