Lemon-Garlic Shrimp Kabobs

List of Ingredients
3 tbsp freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Olive Oil
1 tbsp minced Garlic
3 tsp Szegedo Fish Rub (Byerly's)
1/4 tsp Cayenne
20 large Shrimp, peeled, deveined
4 (12 inch) bamboo skewers soaked in water-30 minutesRecipe
1) In mixing bowl combine Lemon Juice, Garlic, Szegedo Fish Rub & Cayenne. Cover & refrigerate for 20 minutes.
2) Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Brush grill grate w/ oil.
3) Remove shrimp from marinade; discard marinade. Thread 5 shrimp onto each skewer.
4) Place kabobs on grill grate & grill 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp are opaque.
