All-Beef Meatballs

1 pound of lean ground beef
1 egg
4 slices of bread
some milk to wet the bread
3 T Parmesan cheese
1 T parsley
1/4 t garlic powder
salt and pepper
Recipe
Put the bread, ripped up, in a large bowl. Pour some milk over it to get it wet (not tons). Mix in all other ingredients (except beef). Now, mix in beef with your hands until combined (don't mess with it too much). Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Form meatballs with hands and put on a rimmed cookie sheet for at least 30 minutes (if they are going to cook in sauce) or 45 minutes if less time in the sauce. In total they should receive about 1 hour of cooking time (or longer if in sauce).
