    1 round steak cubed and browned
    1 large onion, diced
    1 to 2 garlic cloves, chopped
    1/2 tsp. cumin
    2 hot bannana peppers (pickled), cut up
    1/2 qt tomatoes, canned
    1/2 cup water
    salt to taste

    Recipe



    Brown meat. Add the rest of ingredients; bring to a boil and simmer until tender, approximately 1 hour. Serves 4. Serve with spanish rice, refried beans and flour tortillas.
