    List of Ingredients




    20 cups of peeled and chopped tomatoes
    10 cups of long green peppers (or bell peppers)
    10 cups of onions
    5 cups of hot peppers
    2 ½ cups of cider vinegar
    30 cloves of garlic
    1 bunch of Cilantro
    2 tablespoons of salt
    50 small skinny red peppers or habaneros
    2 12oz cans of tomato paste

    Recipe



    Chop and add everything except the tomato paste. Cook for 20 minutes, then add tomato paste. Simmer until desired consistency. Can.

    Yield: 13 pints
