Broccoli & Rice Casserole Alma Edmonds Stamps, Arkansas 1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 cup rice 1 stick margarine 1 can cream of mushroom soup ½ lb. Velveeta cheese or 1 sm. jar of cheese whiz Cook broccoli, cook rice. Sauté margarine and onion until tender, add Velveeta Cheese until melted. Add broccoli and rice to cheese and mix well. Pour into 9 x 12 casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or until golden brown
