List of Ingredients
1 pkg. flour tortillas
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 to 1 teaspoon garlic powder, to taste
1/2 to 1 small can diced green chilies
1 small can diced black olives
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Set tortillas aside and blend everything else.
Spread layer of mixture over one flour tortilla. Starting at end, roll up the tortilla tightly. Repeat for remaining tortillas. Cover with plastic wrap and freeze for 1-2 hours (to firm up and make it easier to slice).
Place rolled tortilla on cutting board and slice 3/4 inch slices. Arrange slices on serving plate, and refrigerate until serving. Serve with a bowl of salsa or green chili dip, if desired.
