Cornmeal Spoon Bread

List of Ingredients
2 cups of milk, boiling
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup milk
2 T. butter
2 eggs,
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Recipe
Heat 2 cups of milk to boiling,
Add 1 cup cornmeal slowly stirring constantly until thick
Remove from heat.
Add 1 cup milk
2 TBS butter
2 eggs,
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
Pour into a buttered 2 qt soufflé dish
Bake 40 min 400°
Serve with lots of butter. Spoon bread is soft.
