2 cups mashed potatoes
2 teaspons salt
2 table spoons butter
1 tablespoon milk
1 cup flour
Recipe
Mash the first four ingredients. Wrap in plastic wrap and set in the fridge till VERY cold.

Add one cup of flour, mix and knead for 10 min. Make balls. Roll out on well floured surface, flipping dough with each roll. You want these real thin. Thinner then soft tortillas! Set em on a very hot griddle. When they puff up, it's time to flip (About 2 minutes each side)
