1 box German Chocolate Cake Mix
+ ingredients listed on back of cake mix package
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (NOT EVAPORATED)
1 jar Caramel Ice Cream Topping
1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip whipped topping, thawed
3 crushed Heath Bar candy bars
Instructions
1. Mix and bake cake mix according to directions on package in a lightly greased 13- x 9- x 2-inch baking pan.
2. As soon as the cake comes out of the oven, poke holes all over the cake with the handle of a wooden spoon.
3. Immediately pour the can of sweetened condensed milk over the top of the hot cake.
4. As soon as this is completed, pour the entire jar of caramel ice cream topping over the top of the sweetened condensed milk.
5. Let cake cool completely.
6. When cake is cooled completely, top with Cool Whip whipped topping, and then sprinkle top with crushed Heath Bars.
7. Refrigerate until serving time.
