Preheat oven to 350 degrees
List of Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 soup can of water
1-8 oz sour cream
5-6 slices fresh bread, torn into small pieces
1-12 oz pkg. No Yolks wide egg noodles
1/2 stick margarine, melted
Recipe
Place chicken in iron skillet and cover with water. Cook until tender and remove from pan. Cook noodles in broth from cooked chicken until tender; drain. Mix chicken, soups, noodles and sour cream. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour into 9”x13” baking dish and crumble bread over top. Pour melted margarine over breadcrumbs. Bake at 350 F for 20 min or until brown and bubbly.
