    List of Ingredients




    6oz.soft cream cheese
    2 sticks butter
    2c.flour

    Cups:
    Mix like pie dough and roll into about 1" balls. Press into mini muffin cups. Bake at 350 for 15 min. Cool.

    Center:
    14oz bag of caramels
    1/2c. Can milk (evaporated)

    Melt in double boiler, fill cooled cups with about 1 tsp.

    Topping:
    1/2c. Crisco
    1/2c. Butter
    2/3c. Sugar
    1/2c. Canned milk
    1tsp. Vanilla

    Cream together, slowly add sugar, canned milk & vanilla. Mix until light and fluffy. You can freeze these with the topping on or freeze without and put topping on with a pastry bag after thawing.
