Awesome Shredded BBQ

1 5 lb. chuck roast or chicken
BBQ Sauce:
1 cup coffee
1/2 cup worcestershire sauce or more
1 Tblsp. pepper
2 Tblsps. brown sugar
1 cup ketchup
2 tsp. salt
If using chicken, add 2 Tblsp. butter. Pour sauce over meat in roaster. Cover and bake at 400F for 30 minutes then 250F for at least 4 hours. Shred meat with fork. Serve over rice or on buns.
