    1 pkg. lemon cake mix
    1 cup water
    4 eggs
    1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
    1/2 oil (any kind will work

    Recipe



    Put all together and beat at medium speed until well combined. Bake in 2 large bread pans at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Check doneness with a toothpick.
