List of Ingredients
1 cup uncooked rice
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack Cheese, coarsely grated
1 (4 1/2-oz.) can chopped green chilies
2 cups sour cream
2 T. butter
Cook rice according to pkg. directions. Add cheese to hot rice. Add green chilies and sour cream. Mix well. Put into buttered casserole dish, dot with butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes until bubbly.
