    2 cup packed dark brown sugar
    1 cup white sugar
    1 cup canned milk
    1/2 cup butter
    1 jar marshmallow creme
    6 oz. pkg. butterscotch
    6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
    1 cup chopped nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla

    Recipe



    Bring first 4 ingredients to boil for 15 minutes. Remove from heat. Add marshmallow
    creme, both kinds of chips. Stir until well blended. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour onto platter and let set up. Enjoy.
