Maple Apple Crisp

5 to 6 cups sliced, peeled apples
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
Recipe
Arrange apples in greased 2 L baking dish. Pour maple syrup over apples. Sprinkle with cinnamon. In small bowl, combine flour, rolled oats, brown sugar and salt. Cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse bread crumbs. Sprinkle topping over apples. Bake at 350 degrees F until apples are tender and topping is lightly browned, about 35 minutes.
