Cranberry Orange Muffins

2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2/3 cup orange juice
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup coarsely chopped cranberries (may substitute whole blueberries)
1/4 cup chopped walnuts, optional
2 teaspoons sugar
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare 12 muffin tins (grease or spray with nonstick spray). Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In small bowl, blend egg, orange peel, juice and oil. Stir into flour mixture until moistened. Stir in berries and nuts. Spoon into muffin tins. Sprinkle with 2 teaspoons sugar. Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 5 minutes. Remove from pan and serve.
