    List of Ingredients




    1 package (18.25 oz) plain yellow cake mix
    1/2 cup packed brown sugar
    3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
    3/4 cup buttermilk (I made my own buttermilk by adding 3/4 teaspoon vinegar to the measuring cup before adding the milk to it)
    1/2 cup oil
    3 large eggs
    1 teaspoon cinnamon

    Makes two 9-inch loaves
    Bake at 350° for 40-45 minutes

    Just mix everything together until it's smooth. Then pour in two bread loaf pans that have either been sprayed with non-stick spray, or you can grease and flour them.
    Place them in the center oven rack side by side and bake until they're golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center of them comes out clean.
    Let them sit to cool about 20 minutes before you turn the pans over to knock them out.
    Slice, butter, and serve! Really moist and yummy!

    You can store them at room temperature for up to 1 week. Or you can freeze them for up to 6 months.
