List of Ingredients
2 Tbsp. oil or butter
1/2 pound beef, cubed (I use chuck)
1 small onion
1 tablespoons paprika
4 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 - 2 quarts beef stock
2 small potatoes, cubed
Recipe
Fry the diced onion on the oil until it's golden yellow. Add the beef which has been cut into small cubes, and the paprika. Simmer for 1/2 hour. Sprinkle with flour, then slowly add the beef stock. Simmer another 1 hour then
add the cubed potatoes to the soup and cook another 1/2 hour.
