Cream Cheese Whipped Potatoes

List of Ingredients
8 large Potatoes, peeled and quartered
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 cup Milk
4 ounces Cream cheese, softened
2 Tablespoon Chives, snipped
1 Tablespoons Parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste Recipe
Boil the potatoes until soft. Drain, and add the rest of the ingredients. Whip until smooth. Check the seasonings. Serve warm.
