Cobbler, Easy--Mom
List of Ingredients
1 Qt. Any fruit with juice
1/2 C Sugar
1/4 C Butter
1 C Flour
1 C Sugar
1 Tsp. Baking powder
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1/4 C Cooking Oil
1/2 C Milk
Pour fruit and juice and 1/2 cup sugar into a 2 quart baking dish. Dotwith butter. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over fruit.Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. (Crust will form on top and be golden brown).) Serve warm. Makes 4 generous servings.
