    No Mess Lasagna-Greg

    List of Ingredients




    32 ounces spaghetti sauce
    9 Lasagna noodles uncooked
    12 ounces dry curd cottage cheese
    1 raw eg
    8 ounces Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1/4 parmesan cheese, grated
    1 pound ground beef
    1 tablespoon Italian seasoning

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees

    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Mix ground beef, spaghetti sauce & spices.
    Mix cottage cheese, mozzarella and egg until well blended.

    Spread 1/4 sauce on bottom of pan (7 x 11 x 3).
    Place noodle layer across bottom of pan.
    Place 1/2 cottage cheese mixture on top of noodles.
    Spread 1/4 sauce over cheese mixture.
    Another noodle layer.
    Repeat, ending with top layer of noodle, then top with sauce.
    Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
    Cover with foil.

    Cook 1 hour covered.
    Uncover and cook 15 more minutes.
    Test with knife point for soft noodles.
    Cool 10 minutes before serving.

    MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:

    Use 8 x 8 glass dish.
    Follow above directions except cover loosely with wax paper.
    Microwave on high for 18 minutes.
    Turn dish and cook for another 18 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
