    Recipe Introduction


    This is not only great for breakfast, but reheat it in the microwave and put tons of butter on it for a nighttime sweet snack!


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 3/4 cup sugar
    • 1 egg
    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 2 cups unsifted flour
    • 2 tsp. baking powder
    • 1/2 tsp. salt
    • 1/2 package UNTHAWED frozen blueberries
    • topping
    • 1/2 sugar
    • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • 1/4 cup butter


    Instructions


    1. Beat sugar and butter together until fluffy.
    2. Beat in egg, then milk.
    3. Mix together in separate bowl flour, powder and salt.
    4. Mix these two together until well blended.
    5. Gently fold in frozen blueberries. Turn into a prepared 9" cake pan.
    6. FOR TOPPING: In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Cut in 1/4 cup butter until mixture is pebbly. Sprinkle over coffee cake.
    7. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
