Blueberry Coffeecake

Recipe Introduction
This is not only great for breakfast, but reheat it in the microwave and put tons of butter on it for a nighttime sweet snack!
List of Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cups unsifted flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 package UNTHAWED frozen blueberries
- topping
- 1/2 sugar
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup butter
Instructions
- Beat sugar and butter together until fluffy.
- Beat in egg, then milk.
- Mix together in separate bowl flour, powder and salt.
- Mix these two together until well blended.
- Gently fold in frozen blueberries. Turn into a prepared 9" cake pan.
- FOR TOPPING: In a small bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Cut in 1/4 cup butter until mixture is pebbly. Sprinkle over coffee cake.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
