PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE

This is great with ham, pork, or any holiday meal.
List of Ingredients
1 cube butter
5 slices fresh white bread
6 eggs
2 16oz cans crushed pineapple (drained)
1 cup reserved pineapple juice
4 tablespoons flour
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
Melt butter in pan. Cube bread (crusts removed) and stir into butter. Beat eggs well. Add pineapple, juice, flour sugar and salt to eggs. Pour into a greased caserole dish. Add the butter and cubed bread mixture to top of mixture. Bake uncovered 25 minutes at 375 degrees. If top does not brown, increase the oven temp and brown top.
