Amana Pickled Ham

List of Ingredients
- 4 cups cubed cooked ham
- 1 large onion chopped
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup vinegar
- 2 Tbls. sugar
- 2 Tbls. Pickling Spices
Instructions
- Combine ham, onion, water & vinegar and place in quart jars.
- Let sit in refrigerator over night.
- Drain juices into a saucepan and add sugar and pickling spices to the liquid.
- Bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes. Cool. Pour over ham and onions.
- Refrigerate at least 24 hours. Ready to serve.
Final Comments
Good appetizer to have around. Keeps well in frig.
