List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. cheap hamburger
- 2 1/2 Tbls. Mortons Quick Tender Salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
- 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbls. mustard seed
- 2 tsp. pepper corn
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together well.
- Shape into 2 logs and wrap tightly in foil.
- Place in the refrigerator overnight ( 24 hours)
- Bake @ 200 for 3 hours.
- Last 1/2 hour, poke holes in the foil to release juices.
- Cool and refrigerate or freeze.
- Slice and serve cold with crackers.
