    Homemade Salami

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs. cheap hamburger
    • 2 1/2 Tbls. Mortons Quick Tender Salt
    • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    • 1/2 tsp. onion salt
    • 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    • 1 Tbls. mustard seed
    • 2 tsp. pepper corn
    • 1 cup water


    Instructions


    1. Mix all ingredients together well.

    2. Shape into 2 logs and wrap tightly in foil.

    3. Place in the refrigerator overnight ( 24 hours)

    4. Bake @ 200 for 3 hours.

    5. Last 1/2 hour, poke holes in the foil to release juices.

    6. Cool and refrigerate or freeze.

    7. Slice and serve cold with crackers.
