List of Ingredients
- 2 lbs. fresh mushrooms
- 1 (8oz) bottle Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 (4oz) pkg. cream cheese softened
- 1 oz. blue cheese crumbled
- chopped green onions to taste
- 2 Tbls. chili sauce
- 1 Tbls. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup cooked salad shrimp chopped fine
Instructions
- Clean mushrooms; cutting off the stems. Pour dressing over mushroom caps; cover and marinate over night, stirring often.
- Combine remaining ingredients, refrigerate over night also.
- Drain mushroom on paper towel.
- Fill each mushroom with cheese mixture.
- Can refrigerate a couple of hours.
