Bacon Wrapped BBQ Shrimp

- 16 LARGE headless shrimp
- 8 slices bacon
- BBQ seasoning to taste
Instructions
- Clean and devein the shrimp, leaving the last tail section on.
- Wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around each shrimp.
- Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
- Line a baking rack pan with foil. Place the rack back onto the pan.
- Place the shrimp on the rack and sprinkle with the seasoning; turn and sprinkle other side.
- Set aside for 15-20 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 450.
- Bake the shrimp for 10-15 minutes.
- Bacon will be crisp and shrimp pink and tender
