    Bacon Wrapped BBQ Shrimp

    • 16 LARGE headless shrimp
    • 8 slices bacon
    • BBQ seasoning to taste


    Instructions


    1. Clean and devein the shrimp, leaving the last tail section on.

    2. Wrap 1/2 piece of bacon around each shrimp.

    3. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.

    4. Line a baking rack pan with foil. Place the rack back onto the pan.

    5. Place the shrimp on the rack and sprinkle with the seasoning; turn and sprinkle other side.

    6. Set aside for 15-20 minutes.

    7. Preheat oven to 450.

    8. Bake the shrimp for 10-15 minutes.

    9. Bacon will be crisp and shrimp pink and tender
