    Recipe Introduction

Here are some Southern recipes. These are some of my husband's favorites. We serve these on Christmas Eve with other assorted finger foods and holiday punch.

    List of Ingredients

-3 cups buttermilk baking mix (Pioneer or Bisquick)
-4-1/2 cups smoked ham, finely chopped
    -2 cups sharp cheddar cheese
    -1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
    -2 teaspoons parsley flakes
    -2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
    -2/3 teaspoons milk

    Recipe

    -Heat oven to 350 degrees.
-Lightly grease jelly roll pan, 15-1/2 x 10-1/2 inches.
-Mix thoroughly the Bisquick, ham and remaining ingredients.
-Shape mixture into 1 inch balls.
-Place about 2 inches apart in pan.
-Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown.
    -Immediately remove from pan.
    -Serve warm.
    -Makes 16 balls.
