Ham and Cheese Tortillas

- 6 (10") flour tortillas
- 3 (6oz) pkg. boiled ham slices ( 24 slices)
- 4 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
- 1 cup salsa
- garlic salt
- sour cream
- chives
Instructions
- Quarter the tortillas
- In an electric skillet, heat 2" oil to 375.
- Fry tortilla wedges a few at a time; until light brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towel.
- Place wedges in a single layer on baking sheets.
- Top each one with a folded ham slice, 3 Tbls. cheese, 2 tsp. salsa and sprinkled with garlic salt.
- Broil 4-6" from heat for about 2 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve immediately with a drop of sour cream if desired. Sprinkle with chives
